Four Seasons is a beautiful 55+ Community located in Murrieta, California. Four Seasons is located off the 15 freeway at Winchester Road, and the nearest cross streets are Winchester Road and Willows Avenue.

Four Seasons Murrieta is an active adult community consisting of 543 homes located on the border of Temecula and Murrieta. K Hovnanian (KHOV) built Four Seasons Murrieta between 2001 and 2005. Like most of K Hovnanian’s age restricted communities, Four Seasons Murrieta is a mid-sized active adult community which caters to the 55+ adults who are looking for community amenities on a larger scale, but in a smaller close-knit setting.

The amenities at Four Seasons Murrieta are truly spectacular. The community features a 10 acre recreational complex that includes an array of activities designed to meet the needs of an active adult lifestyle. The lodge is the main focal point of the community. It features an outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, aerobics studio, hobby rooms and a beauty salon. Outdoors, you have your choice of activities, from Tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball; there is a sports court for every one of these popular activities! There is also a putting green and driving range for the avid golfer.
